Hey there folks. We’ve finally submitted our iPhone app to Apple and are impatiently awaiting its approval.

This is v1.0 and will have very simple functionality. To give you an idea …

• Login
• Create a new property
• Upload photos
• That’s it!

By doing the following, you will have effectively created a website for your property with its own unique URL, gallery of photos for buyers to virtually tour your property, and finally, you have created a printable flyer with a unique QR code for buyers to print out or for you to stick in your yard sign.

This all happens in a matter of minutes while you are standing onsite at the home with, ideally, your listing agreement in hand.

Like traditional photography, light is the most important element when it comes to taking photos with your iPhone. However, with a shaky hand and low lighting your results can easily become blurry and subpar.

To bypass this problem, use a small tripod or monopod with your phone plus the ever-so-awesome glif to get the most bang for your buck, when creating Lokboks property tours from your iPhone 4.
